TLC Carton has three floors consisting of 135 single bedrooms and 14 double rooms. Each bedroom is fully furnished and a television and a phone are provided in each room. The building also has ample outdoor space including a ground level enclosed garden landscaped with residents needs in mind with pathways and sufficient seating positioned throughout the lawn. On the first floor residents also have access to a large outdoor balcony area which is surrounded by protective glass.
